Becoming Safely Embodied

Developed by Deirdre Fay, MSW for the treatment of attachment and trauma, the Becoming Safely Embodied (BSE) skills are designed to help organize a disorganized body and mind to live a more fulfilling life and improve relationships. Most people who are dealing with stress, trauma, relationships and underlying attachment issues want to make sense of what's going on internally. This model is a proven method in helping individuals with trauma and attachment disruption organize their internal self and develop more secure relationships. For more information, please visit www.dfay.com
