Hello there—I’m Ryan, a licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey into this work began with a profoundly positive experience in therapy as a child. The care and presence of a supportive therapist made a lasting impact on me, helping me feel seen, valued, and safe at a time when I needed it most. That experience inspired my life’s work: to help others feel the same.
I help individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled in their relationships—with others and with themselves. Many of my clients carry the weight of early trauma or life transitions, and struggle with attachment wounds that show up as anxiety, insecurity, or difficulty trusting. They long to feel safe, connected, and authentic in their lives. My role is to walk alongside them—to guide, support, and challenge in meaningful ways that allow for deep healing and growth.
I specialize in trauma, attachment and relational issues, addiction, and peak performance psychology, and I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and an unwavering belief in your capacity for change. I use evidence-based modalities, but just as importantly, I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance—one that fosters trust and genuine connection. I believe that every person’s story is unique and sacred, and within that story lies the key to transformation.
In our work together, we’ll explore what has shaped you, help you heal old wounds, and build a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. Whether you're navigating relational challenges, life transitions, or looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can come home to yourself.
Outside of the therapy room, I believe deeply in the power of joy, movement, and connection. I love coaching and training CrossFit, playing beach volleyball, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my dog, Bronx. I’ve found that cultivating a full and joyful life outside of work helps me show up more fully in the work I do.
Thank you for visiting. I hope this space offers you insight, support, and a sense of possibility. If you feel ready to explore your own healing and growth, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
